expert copywriter.
AMATEUR human.
This is quite literally my first rodeo.
I’m Savannah, but you can call me Sav (because we’re already friends, obvi).
I’ve been a writer since I could hold a pen.
But now, I write strategy-backed and personality-packed copy instead of journal entries detailing my love for frogs.
s’more money,
s’more problems.
Now THERE’S a million-dollar headline.
Look, in another life, I’m a (mediocre-at-best) standup comic on a mission to make dad jokes cool.
In THIS life, though, I’m a writer and strategist on a mission to help you communicate clearly with your nature-loving target audience.
Which is convenient, because I don’t think you’re here for dad jokes (but you might still find a few sprinkled around my site).
HERE’S WHAT MAKES ME QUALIFIED TO HELP YOU + YOUR BRAND COMMUNICATE:
-
While I don’t think you NEED formal training to be a great copywriter, I’m super proud of my marketing + advertising degree (with a copywriting focus) from Michigan State University.
After I graduated, I worked as a copywriter for a few Chicago- and NYC-based agencies before starting my own business.
-
I can help you target outdoorsy audiences because I AM your outdoorsy audience.
As a camping enthusiast and lover of fresh air, I not only know how to walk the walk, but also talk the talk when it comes to adventure-driven marketing.
I’m also a big fan of paddle boarding, bike riding, loooong hikes, hammocking, and anything else I can do barefoot.
-
Not to toot my own horn but…toot!
I’d be selling myself short if I didn’t tell you about my history of happy clients and great results (like increased site visits, engagement, conversions, and sales for my clients).
A few examples of clients + their niches include: campground, travel influencer, outdoor content creator, elopement photographer, disaster response organization, yoga studio, travel agent, etc.
You can explore a small selection of my latest projects here.
